Questions, answered

Do my guests need to download an app?

No. Guests scan your QR code with their phone camera and upload right from the browser. There's nothing to install.

Do guests need an account?

No sign-up. A guest just enters a display name, and an email only if you choose to ask for one.

What can guests upload?

Photos and videos straight from their phones: videos up to 5 minutes and 2 GB, and photos up to 50 MB each.

Can I control what shows up?

Yes. Turn on review to approve uploads before they go public, or hide and remove anything after the fact.

Is my album private?

Your album opens only to the link you share, and we keep share links out of search engines. You decide if and when to make it public.

How long do you keep my photos?

Your event stays up until you delete it. There's no expiry clock counting down on your memories.
