Claim a handle and you get a public page that carries your name from event to event. Skip it and your name still appears on the albums you add photos to, with no page behind it.

Follow the hosts and the people you met, and the next album finds you. An event shows up on a profile only when that guest chose to show it. The people you partied with, findable next time, on their terms.

Common questions

No. Profiles are optional and opt-in. A guest can upload with just a display name, verified or not, and never have a public page at all.

Everyone who can open the album, on every plan: it names each guest who added photos, and a guest you block leaves it. A name with no verified email behind it wears a small mark, on the list and on the photo alike.

Only if the album asks for an email first, which is the default. Off, guests type a display name instead, and their photos carry a small unverified mark until they confirm one.
