Yes. Your album opens only to the link you share, and Partyreel keeps share links out of search engines, so you decide exactly who sees it.
Yes. Photos upload at full resolution on every plan, and video on Pro and Event Pass. Anyone with the album can download the originals, with no compression and no watermark.
Your event stays up until you take it down. The one exception is the Free plan, where an event nobody touches for about 24 months gets a warning email, then moves to Deleted, where you can restore it for 30 days. Any activity resets the clock, and paid plans are exempt.
