The album isn't only what guests add. The two hundred shots from the photographer, the phone photos you took yourself, the ones a relative emailed you: all of it goes in the same way.

Adding a batch
Tap Add photos in the row of buttons under the event name (or the floating button as you scroll the gallery). A panel opens where you can drop files or browse for them; pick as many as you like. They upload one after another, with a running count, and appear in the gallery as they land.
There's no review step for your own uploads: the host is the reviewer, so yours post straight to the album even when review is on for guests.
What's different about host uploads
- They carry a Host badge in the photo viewer, next to your name.
- They count toward your plan's storage, exactly like guest uploads. See storage, plans, and limits.
- They ignore the per-event size cap. If you've capped guest uploads at, say, 250 MB, your own files are still allowed up to 10 GB.
- Video needs a paid plan, same as for guests. On the free plan the panel reads Add photos and the picker offers images only.
Formats and sizes are the same as for guests; see what you can upload. Location metadata is stripped from your uploads too.
The photographer's delivery
Two good options. The photographer joins as a guest by scanning the code, and their uploads appear under their name. Or you download their gallery and add it yourself, which puts the batch under your name with the Host badge. If they shoot RAW, export JPEGs first: RAW files aren't an accepted format.
Large batches are best from a laptop over wifi. An upload at the 10 GB ceiling works, but it has to finish within a couple of hours of starting.
No captions, no albums-within-albums
Photos are just photos, in one gallery, newest first. Uploading the photographer's set after the event puts it at the top, which is usually what you want.
