You're the editor of your album. Guests supply the photos; you decide what the room sees. Every control is built to be safe to tap: hide is instant and undoable, remove waits 30 days before anything is gone, and review means nothing goes public until you've said so.
The three tools
Each has its own guide: review uploads before they appear and hide, remove, and restore.
Where the controls are

- On a desktop, hover any tile in the gallery for three quiet controls: the heart, Save, and Hide (or Show on a hidden one).
- On a phone, tiles show the heart and Save; open the photo to hide it.
- In the photo viewer, the host row adds Hide, Remove, and add-to-reel.
- In Select mode, act on many at once: Select in the gallery header, or press and hold a tile. See select many photos at once.
- In the Review section, when uploads are waiting: Approve all in one tap, or Select to sort.
A sensible routine
For most events: leave review off, let the album fill live, and hide the odd blurry frame when you spot it. For an event with an audience (a screen in the room, a client, a family that will see everything), turn review on and approve in batches. Either way, do the fine curation the next morning in Select mode; nothing you hid or removed during the night is lost.
What guests see meanwhile
Only approved, unhidden photos. There's no "removed" placeholder, no dimmed tile, no sign anything was curated. Your own view keeps hidden photos in place, dimmed to 30 percent opacity, so you can find them again. For a bad moment, the playbook is in reporting content and keeping your event safe.
Remove lives in the photo viewer
The tile controls stop at Hide, so a fast thumb on a dense grid can't remove anything by accident. Remove is in the photo viewer and in Select mode, both behind a confirmation.
