Open an event from your dashboard and you're looking at the same album your guests see, with the host controls layered on. Nothing is hidden in tabs: the page is one scroll, filtered by the chips at the top.

The header
The event name, its date, and a row of stats: how many photos and videos are in the album, how many people have contributed, and views. Views counts every open of the event link, including scans of the QR code and your own visits. Two chips describe the event's current state: its visibility (Open, which is Public in settings, Password, or Private) and whether it's Accepting uploads or has Uploads paused (Closed on the dashboard card). Hover the visibility chip for the sentence your guests would experience.
The command strip
- Share opens the QR code and the link, with Customize for the QR style. See customize and share your QR code.
- Add photos opens your own upload panel. See add your own photos.
- Settings goes to the settings page. See event settings, explained.
The sections
The chips All, Review, Gallery, Reel, and Guests filter the page to one section or stack them all.
- Review sits at the top only while you review uploads and something is waiting. Otherwise it drops to the bottom as a quiet "all caught up" line, or a one-tap offer to Turn on review. See review uploads before they appear.
- Gallery is the album itself, in the same grid your guests see, with hover controls on each tile and a Select button for batch actions. See curate what shows up in your album.
- Reel is where you create the highlight reel and, once it exists, where its poster and sharing card live. See the highlight reel.
- Guests names the signed-in people who added photos, once you turn on the guest list. Until then it offers Guest list settings.
The floating action bar
Scroll and a bar appears at the bottom that changes with the section under your thumb: Add photos over the gallery, Approve all and Select over Review, Create reel or Open studio over the reel. In Select mode it becomes the batch toolbar. See select many photos at once.
Your view versus theirs
Guests see the gallery, the reel once you've shared it, and the guest list if it's on. They never see Review, hidden items, the stats row, or the like counts. To see the page as a guest, open the event link in a private browser window.
