Everything about how an event behaves lives on one settings page. Here are the cards, top to bottom.

Details
The name, the optional description guests see when they join, and the optional date. The date is for your reference only.
Visibility & access
Who can see this album? has three answers: Public (anyone with the link), Password (anyone with the link and the password), and Private (only you). Password protection is a Pro & Event Pass feature. The full model, including why "public" never means the open internet, is in who can see your event and password-protect your event.
Guest uploads
- Accepting uploads turns guest uploads on or off. Off freezes the album; guests can still view it.
- Max size per upload caps how large any single guest upload can be. Your own uploads aren't affected.
- Review uploads before they appear holds new uploads for your approval.
- Require accounts to upload asks guests to confirm an email first. On by default, and free.
- A status line tells you whether the event accepts video, which depends on your plan.
Details: turn off uploads, or cap the size of guest uploads, review uploads before they appear, and require accounts to upload, explained.
Danger zone
Delete event removes the event and everything in it right away and frees its slot on your plan. It goes to Deleted, where you can restore it for 30 days. There's no "end event" or "archive" option: an event is either live or deleted.
Profile & guests
Two switches here save the moment you flip them. Show on my profile lists the event on your public profile page. Show the guest list on the album names every signed-in contributor on the album itself, to everyone who can open it, so read its description before turning it on. See your public profile.
Event link
The permanent link is always shown here. On a paid plan you can add a Custom link, a readable address that opens the same event. See set a custom event link.
Deleted
Appears only when you've removed something from the album: each item with its countdown, plus Restore and Delete permanently. See hide, remove, and restore.
Saving, and leaving
The Details, Visibility, and Guest uploads cards save together with Save changes (the button sits just above the Danger zone); a toggle you flip isn't live until you tap it. If you head back with unsaved edits, Partyreel asks Discard changes? before letting you go. The Profile & guests switches, the password, and the custom link each save on their own the moment you confirm them.
No album cover, no sort order
There's no cover photo setting for the album page and no way to reorder the gallery; it's always newest first. The reel has its own cover and order in the Studio, the reel editor.
