Payments, receipts, and invoices

In short

Partyreel takes payment through Stripe. Receipts, invoices, and your card live in the billing portal, opened from the storage meter on your dashboard. For a refund question, send us a note.

Applies toProEvent Pass

Partyreel never sees or stores your card. Checkout and everything after it run on Stripe's secure pages, and the same portal that manages your plan holds every receipt.

Paying

Checkout opens when you pick a plan on the pricing page. Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly until you cancel; the Event Pass and its renewal are single payments. Stripe shows the exact amount and the payment methods it can take before you confirm. Your account updates the moment the payment clears.

  3. Manage billing

Every payment appears in the billing portal with a downloadable invoice and receipt, and Stripe can email a receipt to the address you paid with. The portal is where you update the card on file; if a renewal payment fails, Stripe emails you a link to fix it. Changing plan or size lives in the same portal; see upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.

If you moved from an Event Pass to Pro, the prorated credit shows in the portal as an account balance applied to your next invoices.

Refunds and tax

Refund requests are handled case by case: send us a note with the email on your account and what happened, and every note gets a reply, usually within a day. Prices on the pricing page are what you're charged at checkout; Stripe shows the final amount before you pay.

Only paying hosts see the portal

Manage billing appears in the storage meter once you've made a payment. On the free plan there's nothing to manage yet, and the pricing page is the way in.
