There's no second link to make. The address on the QR code, the one your guests scanned all night, is the album, and it keeps working for as long as the event exists.

Copy it and send it to the group chat, the family who couldn't come, anyone who'd like the photos. It opens to the album (past whatever gate you set) with Download all above the gallery, and it unfurls in messages as a card with the event's name. Partyreel never emails your guests on your behalf; there's no "album is ready" blast and no way to export their addresses, so sharing is a message from you. See send the event link.
Make it a keepsake
Once the trickle of late photos stops, turn off Accepting uploads in settings. The page loses its upload button, guests see a quiet note that uploads are closed, and if you've shared a reel it moves to the top of the page as the album's opening frame. Everything else (viewing, downloads, the guest list) stays. See turn off uploads and share the reel with your guests.
Decide who can open it
Visibility works the same after the event as during it:
- Public (the default): anyone with the link. The link is a long random address that search engines are asked not to index, so "anyone" means the people you send it to.
- Password: anyone with the link and a password you choose; a paid feature. Good for an album you're posting somewhere semi-public.
- Private: only you. Guests with the link see a friendly locked screen. Useful while you curate, then flip it back.
Curate before you share widely
Hide the misfires and the duplicates first; hidden photos never appear for guests and never make it into their downloads. Select mode makes the pass quick. See curate what shows up in your album.
A readable address for the thank-you card
A custom link like partyreel.com/e/maya-and-sam fits on a card in a way the permanent link doesn't. Paid plans can set one in settings; see set a custom event link.
